Listing is free. Browsing is free. You only use credits to balance a swap, pay the small completion fee, or add a few extras. 1 credit = €1 (≈ $1.12), always.
Amounts in USD are a guide using daily European Central Bank rates. You always pay in EUR.

Unlimited browsing and free listings with photos. No monthly fee, no commission on your items.
Complete a swap
€2 (≈ $2.24) each, charged to both swappers when a swap is agreed. Returned in full if the swap is cancelled, declined or expires. Your first swap has no fee.
First-listing bonus
List your first item with a photo and we add 5 free credits. Your first swap has no fee. Free credits are for swapping; they can’t be exchanged for gift cards or cash.

Postage is always paid by the person sending the parcel, straight to the carrier or via a carrier label. Credits never expire. Credits earned from swaps can be cashed out (fees and limits apply), donated to charity, gifted to a member or exchanged for a gift card.

Top up whenever you need to. The price is exactly €1 per credit with no bundle markup. Pay securely by card through Stripe.

Worked example: bundling items
You love a camera listed at 400 credits, but your best item is only worth 180. Bundle up to 6 of your items and add credits to make up the difference:

The owner sees your whole bundle and can accept or decline. Your 42 credits (40 top-up + 2 fee) are held safely until the swap completes, and returned if it doesn’t.
Questions
Do I pay anything to list or browse?
No. The only things that cost credits are the completion fee, boosts and optional carrier labels.
What happens to my credits if a swap falls through?
Credits held for a swap, including the swap fee, are returned automatically if the offer is declined, cancelled or expires.
Can I turn credits back into money?
Credits you earned from swaps can be cashed out to your bank account (a fee, limits and a waiting period apply). Bought, welcome and gifted credits can’t be. You can also donate credits to a charity, gift them to another member, or exchange credits you’ve earned from swaps for a gift card (a small service fee applies). Credits you bought become eligible after a short waiting period, and welcome or gifted credits can be used on the site, donated or re-gifted.
Do credits expire?
Never.
Who pays for postage?
Each swapper posts their own item and pays their own postage. A free printable label with both addresses is included.
